We want you to feel completely comfortable in your Thigh Society essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your return is processed.
